We undertake the full planning, sourcing of ingredients (meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, cheeses), professional grilling, equipment setup and cleanliness, offering a high-end, fully controlled and discreet experience.

The entire service is curated and supervised by Meat & Fire Chef Myrsini Lambraki and her experienced team of grill professionals.

Each BBQ event is designed exclusively according to your space, number of guests, and hosting style.

Ingredient Selection

We provide curated selection lists of:

• meats from partner farms and selected butchers

Professional Grilling

All grilling is performed on site by experienced professionals, ensuring continuous quality control and consistency in the final result.

Equipment & Catering Setup

In selected cases, we provide:

• our own professional grilling equipment
  
• full catering setup (tables, seating, tableware, folding tents, etc.)

• our own specialized service staff

Cleanliness & Space Handover

After completion, the space is delivered back to you clean and perfectly arranged.
